Get Fit 4 Toddlers

This program is created to accommodate the developmental needs of 3 and 4 year olds. Children of this developmental stage of motor learning will perform basic locomotor movements, jogging, stretching, balance, and modified circuit training activities that are appropriate. We will take the time to teach children step by step how to perform these skills properly. Each week your kids will improve their skills and be able to perform functional exercises which will be the foundation of their future growth and development. The structure is similar to our general Get Fit fitness program with the exceptions that we allow more time at during each activity for repetition and positive reinforcement. As always, we are promoting positive self-esteem and self-confidence. We want each child to experience a sense of pride and accomplishment while participating in our program and to enjoy physical activity. Activities in this program include warm up and stretch period, circuit training stations/obstacle course and games. These are half hour sessions.
