Get Fit 4 Teens
This program is our general fitness program that is appropriate for ages 12 and up. We utilize all of our circuit training activities, and they are performed at a high intensity. We incorporate resistance bands, medicine balls, jump ropes, etc. Activities include, circuit training, interval jogging, sprinting, push-ups, sit-ups, core training, balance, plyometrics, advanced locomotor skills, and cooperative games that will also improve upon their speed, endurance, agility, coordination, and reaction skills. Excellent training program for teens at any skill level. You don't have to be an elite athlete to train like one!!
