Get Fit 4 Teams
This Program is to accommodate organized sports teams/clubs from youth to 18. This is a more sport specific training program for teams that would like to enhance their athletic performance. We focus more on form, technique, and sports related drills. The warm up consists of a variety of form running drills that will improve mechanics, and posture, followed by a static stretching routine to increase flexibility. The circuit will contain many different sport specific drills that are designed to enhance agility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, balance, and coordination. Each training session will be well-organized, highly effective, and executed by our experienced staff with enthusiasm, and high intensity. We will finish each session with conditioning, which will include activities such as sprinting, relays, and endurance running. The team training program will prove to be valuable, and extremely effective in enhancing the athletic performance of each individual. In addition, this will be an excellent way to maintain chemistry within each team, by making this extra commitment of hard work together to achieve a common goal of excellence.
